The Fertility Prep
VIP Day.

A focused half-day deep dive into the fertility-impacting parts of your environment, supplements, and daily habits — the stuff that's quietly working against your hormones every day.

Your hormones aren't just made in the kitchen.

You can have a perfect diet and still be exposed to enough endocrine disruptors, low-quality supplements, sleep debt, and chronic stress to keep your cycle off. The reality is that fertility is a whole-life equation — and most of the women I see have never had someone walk through that whole equation with them in one focused session.

The Fertility Prep VIP Day is designed to do exactly that. In a focused half-day (or full day for local clients), we go through every fertility-impacting variable in your daily life and you walk away with a clear, prioritized plan to clean it all up.

This is the work most women try to do on their own from a hundred different blog posts. It's faster, more accurate, and more useful when an expert sits down with you and does it in one session.

Six fertility-impacting domains.
One focused day.

Each of these is its own full topic — but they all interact. We tackle them together so the full picture stays connected.

Home Environment Audit

Endocrine disruptors hiding in your cookware, plastics, fragrance, candles, laundry products, and personal care. We identify what's worth swapping and prioritize the highest-impact changes.

Supplement Audit

What you're actually taking, what's evidence-based for your situation, and what to stop. Most women I work with are taking 3–4 things they don't need and missing 1–2 they do.

Partner Diet & Lifestyle

Male factor is involved in roughly half of fertility challenges — and most women have never been told to think about their partner's habits. We cover his diet, alcohol, phone-in-pocket habits, and supplement opportunities.

Custom Meal Plan & Grocery List

A practical fertility-supportive meal framework built around your real life — what you actually like, when you actually have time to cook, and what's at your usual grocery store.

Cycle Tracking Method Review

Whether you're using BBT, OPKs, Inito, an app, or nothing — I walk through what would give you the most useful data and how to interpret what you're collecting.

Stress & Sleep Hygiene

The lifestyle pieces that most directly impact cortisol — and therefore ovulation. We identify your specific stress and sleep patterns and what's most worth changing.

Tangible, take-home deliverables.
Not just a long conversation.

Personalized written action plan. Prioritized — not exhaustive. What to swap first, what to add, what to stop.

Curated product swap list. Specific brands and products I recommend in place of the things in your home that need to go.

Custom grocery list and meal plan. Fertility-supportive, realistic, and built around your real schedule and preferences.

Refined supplement protocol. What to keep, what to stop, what to add — and why.

Recording of our session. Full Loom or Zoom recording so you can revisit anything we discussed.

Pick the format that fits.

Both formats cover the same six domains and produce the same deliverables. The local option just adds in-person time and a hands-on meal prep session.

The VIP Day is built for you if:

You're a fit if:

  • You're TTC and want to optimize your environment before or alongside other work
  • You're already in ORM and want a focused environmental and lifestyle reset
  • You suspect your home, products, or partner's habits are working against you
  • You'd rather pay for an expert to do this in one day than DIY it over six months
  • You like the idea of clear deliverables and a prioritized action plan

It's probably not the right fit if:

  • You're looking for ongoing 1:1 fertility coaching (that's ORM)
  • You want a full nutrition protocol built around your labs (that's ORM)
  • You're not willing to make any changes to your home or routine
  • You're hoping for medical diagnosis or treatment (I'm a nutritionist, not an MD)

Both formats have limited availability. Reach out and I'll send you current openings, exact pricing, and the next steps to schedule.

Frequently asked questions.

How is this different from ORM?
ORM is a 6-month coaching engagement focused on the root causes of ovulation problems — blood sugar, cortisol, progesterone — using your labs and cycle data. The VIP Day is a one-time intensive focused on environment, supplements, lifestyle, and meal planning. Some clients do both. Some only do one. They complement each other but solve different problems.
Do I need to be TTC to do this?
No. The VIP Day works for anyone wanting to optimize fertility — whether you're actively TTC, planning to be in 6–12 months, or simply trying to clean up your hormonal environment. It's especially powerful as fertility prep before trying.
Can I add this onto ORM?
Yes. Many ORM clients add a VIP Day partway through the program as a focused environmental reset. Discounts are available when you bundle.
What if my partner can't be involved?
Ideally we have a brief 30-minute conversation with him during the day, but it's not required. If he's not available, I'll work from what you can share about his habits and provide guidance for you to bring back to him.
What's the local meal prep session actually like?
After our morning audit and planning session, we head to the kitchen and cook 4–5 fertility-supportive meals together — lunches, dinners, breakfast options — using the meal plan we built earlier in the day. You learn the techniques and end the day with a stocked fridge.
