Frequently asked questions.

How is this different from regular nutrition counseling?
This program is built entirely around ovulation and fertility — not general wellness. Everything we do is filtered through the lens of your hormonal health and your cycle. It's deeper, more targeted, and more personalized than a standard nutrition appointment.
I'm already working with an RE or OB. Can I still do this?
Yes. This program is designed to complement medical fertility care, not replace it. Many clients are working alongside a reproductive endocrinologist. Everything we do is designed to support — not conflict with — any medical protocols you're on.
Do I need recent lab work to start?
Having labs is helpful but not required to begin. We'll assess what you have and determine whether additional testing would be valuable as part of your personalized plan.
Is this right for me if I have PCOS?
PCOS is one of the most common causes of ovulatory dysfunction — and one of the root causes this program is specifically designed to address. Blood sugar regulation and cortisol management are particularly important levers for women with PCOS. I also have PCOS, so this isn't theoretical.
What if I've already tried "eating for fertility" without results?
General fertility eating guidelines are a starting point — but they're not personalized to your hormonal pattern, your cycle data, or your specific root causes. That's the difference here. We build a strategy around your body, not a template.
What does the application process look like?
