You don't need to do more.
You need to do the right things.
One focused hour together, looking at your cycle, your symptoms, and your labs, so you finally know what actually matters for your fertility and exactly what to do next.
Wanting a baby and not knowing what's getting in the way is one of the hardest places to be. Especially when you're already doing everything you can think of.
The answer usually isn't trying harder. It's knowing what's actually worth your energy, for your body, right now.
That's what we figure out together, in one focused hour.
I'm Kelli O'Brien, a Licensed Dietitian (M.S., CNS, LDN). I work with women who are trying to conceive, and I've experienced my own fertility challenges, so I know how it feels to do everything right and still feel stuck.
What you'll walk away with
By the end, you'll know:
- Which of the things you're doing actually matter, and which you can stop. Most women I meet are taking supplements they don't need, and cutting out foods they do.
- What your labs really say about your fertility. Not just "normal," but what's optimal for getting pregnant.
- Whether your hormones are truly working for conception, and what that means for your timeline.
- The two or three things worth your focus right now. Prioritized, not a list of forty.
- What's worth doing next. Whether new testing makes sense, whether a deeper program is right, or whether you can take this and run.
How it works
A short intake covers your cycle, your symptoms, what you're taking, and any labs you already have.
On Zoom, we go deep on what's actually going on for you. This is where the real picture comes together: the patterns, the specifics, the things a form can't capture.
Within a few days, I send you a personalized walkthrough of your prioritized next steps, recorded, so you can come back to it anytime.
"But what about my fertility clinic?"
A fair question, and one most women trying to conceive come to eventually. Here's how this fits with wherever you are.
If you haven't seen a clinic yet
Clinics are remarkable at what they do, which is medical intervention. They diagnose structural issues, run panels in the context of treatment, and step in when your body needs help. What they usually don't do is look at your nutrition, your daily inputs, and the foundations that shape whether your body can conceive in the first place. Many women start with these things and find it's enough.
If you're already at a clinic
Great. Clinics optimize what they can measure and treat medically. I work alongside that, on the parts of your fertility that respond to nutrition: egg quality, cycle health, blood sugar, inflammation, and nutrient status. The two fit together, and your doctor will not be offended that you're doing both.
If a clinic didn't work for you
You're not alone, and it does not mean your body is broken. An IUI or IVF cycle that didn't work often has a story underneath it that no one ever looked at: undiagnosed insulin resistance, low ferritin, inflammation that quietly affects implantation. Sometimes the missing piece isn't more intervention. It's the part the medical system isn't built to address.
This isn't a replacement for medical care. It's the layer most fertility journeys are missing, wherever you are in yours.
