One hour.

A real plan to follow.

A working session with me where I look at everything you're already doing — your cycle, your symptoms, your labs, your supplements — and tell you exactly what to focus on, what to stop, and what to do next.

You've been doing the work. Reading the books, taking the supplements, tracking your cycle, cutting out the wrong things, adding in the right things. So why does it still feel like you're guessing?

Because the problem isn't that you don't have enough information. You have too much. What you don't have is someone who can look at your body, your data, and your situation and tell you which of the forty-seven things you've read about actually matter for you.

That's what this is.

An hour of expert eyes. A real protocol. And finally, a clear next step.

Here's what happens.

This is a working session where I do the actual work of looking at your situation and telling you what I see.

First

You complete a thorough intake

Cycle, symptoms, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and any existing labs.

Then

We spend 60 minutes on Zoom doing the diagnostic work

This is where the real picture forms. Your intake gives me the bones. Our call gives me everything that didn't fit in a form — the follow-ups, the specifics, the patterns that only surface in conversation. By the end of the hour I know exactly what's going on, and you know I've actually listened.

After

You get your personalized protocol via Loom

Within a few days, I send you a recorded walkthrough of your prioritized next steps — specific supplements, nutrition shifts, what to stop, what to track. This is where the analysis lives. Not a rushed list at the end of a call — a thought-out plan, on video, that you can revisit anytime.

By the time we hang up, you'll know:

  • Which of your supplements to stop taking. Most women I see are taking 3–4 things they don't need.
  • What your existing labs actually mean for fertility. Not just "normal" — what's optimal.
  • Whether you're ovulating well, occasionally, or not at all — and what that means for your timeline.
  • The two or three things to focus on this cycle. Prioritized, not exhaustive.
  • What to investigate next. Whether new labs would be worth it. Whether a deeper program makes sense. Whether you can run with this on your own.

"But what about my fertility clinic?"

A fair question — and one most women trying to conceive eventually ask themselves. Here's how this fits with where you might already be:

If you haven't seen a clinic yet

Clinics are extraordinary at what they do — but what they do is medical intervention. They diagnose structural issues, run hormone panels in the context of treatment, and step in when nature needs help. What they generally don't do is look at your nutrition, your supplements, or the lifestyle inputs that shape whether your body can ovulate well in the first place. Many women I work with use the Audit to address the nutrition side first — and often, it's enough.

If you're already at a clinic

Even better. Clinics optimize what they can measure and treat medically. I work alongside that, optimizing the parts of your body that respond to nutrition — egg quality, cycle regularity, blood sugar, inflammation, nutrient status. The two approaches complement each other. Your reproductive endocrinologist will not be insulted that you're doing both.

If a clinic didn't work for you

You're not alone, and it doesn't mean your body is broken. Failed IUI or IVF cycles often have a nutrition story underneath them that no one ever looked at — undiagnosed insulin resistance, untreated low ferritin, inflammatory markers that quietly affect implantation. Sometimes the missing piece isn't more medical intervention. It's the part the medical system isn't designed to address.

This isn't an alternative to medical care. It's the layer most fertility journeys are missing — regardless of where you are in yours.

You don't need to do more.

You need to do the right things.

That's what we figure out together.

Credited toward ORM if you continue. If you move into The Ovulation Restoration Method within 60 days, your $147 is applied to your enrollment.

I take a limited number of these each month — enough to give every Audit the prep time it deserves.

A few things people ask.

Do I need to have lab work done first?
No. If you have recent labs, I'll review them in context. If you don't, we work from your cycle data, symptoms, diet and lifestyle and I'll tell you what testing would actually be worth doing next.
Is this just a sales call for ORM?
No. This is a paid working session where the deliverable is your personalized roadmap — whether you ever work with me again or not. If ORM seems like a good next step based on what we discuss, I'll mention it. But I'm not going to spend our hour pitching you.
What if I want to continue afterward?
If ORM is the right next step, your $147 is credited toward your enrollment as long as you start within 60 days of your Audit. So the Audit becomes free if you continue.
How is this different from your Lab Intensive?
The Lab Intensive ($347) is built around a comprehensive functional lab panel I order for you. The Fertility Audit works from what you already have — your cycle, your symptoms, your diet and lifestyle, and any existing labs. The audit is the right starting point if you're not ready to invest in new lab work yet.
